Knoebel Freelance Paralegal Services is owned and operated by Peggy Knoebel, a recent recipient of an AAS degree in Paralegal Studies from Portland Community College.  Peggy has provided paralegal services to both solo practioners and large firms and has experience in litigation, personal injury, intellectual property, corporate law, legal research and writing. Rates are very reasonable and pro bono work is accepted as well. Additionally, administrative, secretarial and clerical services can be provided.
